At Lao Chuang Tai Chi Club, we believe in the holistic approach of Tai Chi, which helps to cultivate both physical and mental well-being. Our experienced instructors have trained extensively in Tai Chi and are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals.
Tai Chi has been shown to have numerous physical and mental health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. Our classes are designed to help you experience these benefits and improve your overall quality of life.
Our class teaches Professor Cheng Man-Ching 37-posture form (鄭子太極拳37式), Yang style forms of Tai Chi sword and Tai Chi saber (楊式太極劍、太極刀), push hands (推手), and 2-person matching set (散手). The course content covers topics such as fundamental movements and Tai Chi principles, Yin-Yang theory, and philosophy of Taoism.
